The Beiras Airshow, organized by the Aeroclube de Castelo Branco and Castelo Branco City Council, is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of the users of its website (www.beirasairshow.pt).

- Registration of Spotters: Name, e-mail, telephone contact and, optionally, information about photographic equipment. Purpose: To accredit Spotters and provide access to reserved areas.
- Fly-Inn Registration: Name, contact, aircraft information (license plate, model) and e-mail. Purpose: To manage the registration of pilots wishing to land at Castelo Branco Aerodrome during the event.
Data sharing
The personal data collected will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties, except when required by law or to ensure the safety of the event.
Data Retention Period
The data will only be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described, and will then be deleted or anonymized.
